Rosalinde is more than a career coach. She’s an exceptional career coach, a game-changer. When I decided to change careers, transitioning from the field of education into Human Resources, I had no plan in place on how to execute and get the process started. Rosalinde is a unique coach because she cares about me as a person. When I failed my HR certification exam, she called to check on me and encouraged me to keep going. When I felt defeated during the process, we worked on how I can upskill, sharpen my networking skills, join my local HR chapter and keep learning from each job interview/rejections. Rosalinde gave me unconventional advice such as waking up at 6 am to start my job search so I would be one of the first applicants. Her advice worked! I applied for my current job at 6:15 am and received a call the next day for a job interview and the rest is history. She is also very knowledgeable about industry trends and career paths.

When I landed the interview for my current job, I was very prepared for the difficult behavioral and situational type questions. As a result, I bypassed the 2nd step of the process and aced the job interview. My panel interview consisted of 4 Executive Directors and I could have felt terrified but I was confident based on the deeper level questions Rosalinde prepared me for. I walked out of the interview knowing I was able to demonstrate the value I would bring to their company and I received the job offer the same day.
